Returns & Refund Policy

At Futbol Tribe, every item is made to order. Because our products are printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect address entered at checkout.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

To request help with an order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopfutboltribe@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A short description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will let you know if a replacement or refund is approved.

Please make sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since each product is made on demand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing mistakes.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
